Zunado Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of zunadocasino.org and all games, promotions, and services offered by Zunado. By creating an account or participating in any activity on this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
1. Eligibility Requirements
To participate in Zunado’s sweepstakes promotions, you must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of an eligible jurisdiction. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Zunado and its affiliated companies are not eligible to participate.
No purchase necessary to play or win. A valid email address and a verified account are required to redeem Sweeps Coins for prizes. Zunado reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to confirm eligibility.
Participation is limited to one account per person. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension without notice or recourse.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your account. Zunado may verify your identity, age, and location at registration or at any subsequent point during your use of the platform.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorized it.
Zunado reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that contains false, misleading, or unverifiable information. Accounts found to be duplicates will be closed and any associated coin balances forfeited.
3. Sweepstakes Rules
Zunado operates on a dual-currency model. Gold Coins (GC) are used for standard social gameplay, and Sweeps Coins (SC) are the promotional currency that may be redeemed for prizes, subject to the conditions described in these Terms.
Tournament events, including Galactic Clashes, are governed by these Terms in addition to any specific rules posted at the time of the event. Tournament rankings and prize distributions are determined by Zunado in its sole discretion, and all decisions are final.
The Galaxy Wheel daily spin awards Gold Coins and, where applicable, Sweeps Coins. Each eligible account may claim one daily spin per calendar day. Abuse of the daily spin, including through automated tools or multiple accounts, will result in account termination.
Sweepstakes void where prohibited. Zunado does not guarantee that any particular game outcome will result in SC winnings, and past results do not indicate future performance.
4. Gold Coins — No Cash Value
Gold Coins (GC) are a virtual currency provided solely for entertainment purposes and use within Zunado’s social gaming platform. GC have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, prizes, or any other benefit of value outside the platform.
GC may be obtained through free daily bonuses, promotional distributions, and optional coin package purchases. Regardless of how they are obtained, GC cannot be redeemed and hold no value beyond enabling standard gameplay.
Unused Gold Coins do not expire provided your account remains in good standing. Zunado reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue Gold Coin distributions at any time without prior notice.
5. Sweeps Coins and Redemption
Sweeps Coins (SC) are a promotional currency distributed free of charge through eligible channels. SC may be redeemed for prizes, including PayPal transfers, direct bank transfers, or gift cards, subject to the requirements set out in this section.
A minimum balance of 100 SC is required to initiate a redemption request. Redemption requests will not be processed until full identity verification has been completed, which may include submission of a government-issued photo identification document and proof of address.
Zunado reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any redemption that is subject to review for potential fraud, Terms violations, or eligibility issues. Redemption processing times vary and are not guaranteed within any specific timeframe.
6. Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)
No purchase is necessary to receive Sweeps Coins. Eligible players may obtain SC at no cost through the Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) by submitting a handwritten request by mail.
To request SC via AMOE, send a handwritten note that includes your full legal name, mailing address, email address associated with your Zunado account, and date of birth to Zunado’s official mailing address. Requests must be legible and include all required information to be processed.
Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for AMOE requests to be processed and for any awarded SC to be credited to your account. One AMOE request per outer mailing envelope will be accepted. Bulk submissions, photocopied requests, or mechanically reproduced entries will not be honored.
7. Prohibited States and Territories
Zunado’s sweepstakes promotions are available to residents of most eligible jurisdictions. However, participation is restricted in certain states, provinces, and territories where sweepstakes of this nature are prohibited or restricted by applicable law.

Sweepstakes void where prohibited by law. It is the player’s responsibility to determine whether participation is lawful in their jurisdiction prior to registering or playing. Zunado assumes no liability for participation in violation of applicable local law.
8. Coin Packages and Purchases
Zunado offers optional coin packages for purchase. These packages consist of Gold Coins as the primary component, with bonus Sweeps Coins included as a promotional benefit. The purchase of a coin package is never required to participate in sweepstakes or to receive SC.
The following packages are currently available: Lucky 777 ($17.77), Supernova ($29.99), and Cosmic Vault ($49.99). Package contents, pricing, and availability are subject to change at Zunado’s discretion without prior notice.
Sweeps Coins received as part of a coin package purchase are subject to the same redemption rules, verification requirements, and restrictions that apply to all SC on the platform. The purchase price of a coin package reflects the value of the Gold Coins included and does not constitute payment for Sweeps Coins.
9. Promotions and Bonus Terms
Zunado offers ongoing promotions including the Galaxy Wheel daily spin and Galactic Clashes tournaments. All promotional coins awarded through these or any other promotion are subject to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
Promotional offers are subject to change, withdrawal, or modification at any time without prior notice. Zunado reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be abusing a promotion or acting in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of these Terms.
Any dispute regarding the interpretation or application of a promotional offer will be resolved by Zunado in its sole discretion. By participating in any promotion, you acknowledge and agree that Zunado’s determination is final and binding.
